1. What this service is

Korea Drone Zones is an unofficial reference app for a preliminary check of a point in South Korea against aviation zones, aerodromes, national parks, cultural heritage sites and active NOTAMs. The developer does not represent the Government of the Republic of Korea, is not affiliated with any government agency and does not grant flight permissions.

2. Reference nature of the information

The data in the app is a snapshot of official sources as of the stated date, brought into a convenient form. The app does not replace the official Drone One-Stop service and does not confirm that a flight is possible. The final decision on a 비행승인 or 항공촬영 application is made only by the competent authority.

3. User's responsibility

• Complete the required procedures and check that the information is current in official sources.
• Take into account restrictions that the app does not show: private, municipal, park and operational ones.
• Comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and with the requirements of the operational situation.

4. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown or for the consequences of such decisions.

5. Data and intellectual property

The rights to the source data belong to their right holders; the terms of use and attribution are listed in the license notices (in Russian). The interface, texts and design of the app belong to the developer.

6. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted, and the set of layers and features may change. A new edition of the terms is published at dronezone.kr/terms with a new date, and its translation at dronezone.kr/en/terms.
